We host four separate restaurants, each distinct in their own way. There is Mediterranean food at Sage & Sea, fragrant Turkish plates and seafood at Mezze by the Sea, modern casual dining at Wild Thyme and, for something slightly further afield, Italian dishes at Anhinga.
Kaplankaya’s six-kilometre-long private coastline is home to seven white sand beaches; fully serviced or left naturally wild. Each is distinct in its own way and reflects the beauty that comes as a result of the careful preservation of our environment.
